PROJECT:

ADOBE SUMMIT: 25TH ANNIVERSARY

On the 25th anniversary of the first banner ad, Adobe wanted to create a time capsule to show modern creatives how laborious it was to make digital ads back in the day. To achieve this, Giant Spoon created a 90's themed physical experience and a digital choose-your-adventure game. Talk about a time warp!

AGENCY: GIANT SPOON

MY ROLE:

CREATIVE STRATEGIST, CREATIVE (writing and design)

I was responsible for creating the entire digital experience as well as designing and writing all the signage for the "video store" section of the physical experience.

THE PHYSICAL:

The physical experience at Adobe Summit showed guests what the 90's were like – from a video store to an office with a real fax machine, visitors could see how far technology has come in the last 25 years.

THE DIGITAL:

For those who couldn't make it to the Summit, I designed an online experience that allows users to visit all the same spaces – video store, office, living room, etc. From writing the script to designing the UI, I lead the digital experience from beginning to end.

POSTER DESIGN

The video store section of the physical experience needed to feel authentically 90s. I wrote and designed the posters to make guests feel like they were discovering forgotten 90s movies they might almost remember.
